Subject: Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date in filing of forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-4 (Financial Statement) under the Companies Act,2013- - reg.

Sir,

Keeping in view the requests received from various stakeholders seeking extension of time for filing of financial statements for the financial year ended 31.03'2019 on account of various factors , it has been decided to extend the due date for filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS) AOC-4 XBRL upto 30.11.2019 and e-form MGT-7 upto 31.12.2019, by companies without levy of additional fee.

2. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.

Relaxation by Ministry of Corporate Affairs to Companies/LLPs

The second wave of Covid-19 in India has been far more damaging than the first one. More than four lacs cases are reported on daily basis and hospitals have run out of space. MCA Update: list of e-forms for which additional fee waiver is available

The Ministry has issued General Circular Number 06/2021 and Number 07/2021 on 3rd May, 2021 allowing stakeholders to file various forms due for filing during 01/4/2021 to 31/05/2021 under the Companies Act, 2013/LLP Act, 2008 by 31st July, 2021 without payment of additional fees.
