[Attention] Companies and their Directors

MCA Update dated 30th October 2019

Please note that the Registrars of Companies (ROCs) are again in process of identification and flagging of directors disqualified under section 164(2)(a) of Companies Act, 2013 for their default of non-filing of financial statement or annual return for continuous period of three financial year i.e. 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18.

All the defaulting directors are hereby cautioned to find the pending statutory returns and do necessary compliance as per provisions of law, otherwise action will be initiated Under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made there under.

Further note that... The DINs of such directors are not allowed to be used for filing any e-forms on MCA 21 portal.

Relaxation by Ministry of Corporate Affairs to Companies/LLPs

The second wave of Covid-19 in India has been far more damaging than the first one. More than four lacs cases are reported on daily basis and hospitals have run out of space. Due Date for important compliance for the Financial Year 2021-22 under Companies Act, 2013

MCA Update: list of e-forms for which additional fee waiver is available

The Ministry has issued General Circular Number 06/2021 and Number 07/2021 on 3rd May, 2021 allowing stakeholders to file various forms due for filing during 01/4/2021 to 31/05/2021 under the Companies Act, 2013/LLP Act, 2008 by 31st July, 2021 without payment of additional fees.
